Are you an experienced Financial Administrator with SJP knowledge looking for a new opportunity? A boutique wealth planning firm near Slough is offering a great role for a Financial Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to join their dynamic team.You will work with 5 experienced advisers managing the affairs of 450 clients, providing services to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across the UK.
In this role, your primary focus will be providing administrative support and back-office functions to the business. You will be responsible for processing new business, preparing meeting packs, client servicing, answering queries, drafting Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Letters of Verification (LOVs), and general administrative duties.The firm provides a broad range of services, including pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, and protection advice. The Financial Administrator will be key in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the advisers.
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Administrator:
- End-to-end administration and back-office support.
- Processing new business and ongoing client servicing.
- Preparing meeting packs for advisers and clients.
- Managing incoming client queries and providing assistance.
- Handling general office administration tasks.
- Drafting LOAs and LOVs.
- Ad hoc administrative support to advisers.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ wealth management administration experience, with recent SJP experience essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, with one day per week in the office near Slough.
