Opportunity for an experienced Bid Co-ordinator to join a busy team

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BID Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the bid process for public sector projects, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from initial expression of interest to final submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a bid library of standard responses and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and guidelines.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission of bids.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and supporting materials for bid meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
About you
  • You will be capable of coordinating bids, following a process, organising meetings, driving CQ responses, working with bid managers to keep the bid programme on time and to budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bid coordination, preferably within the FM industry.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes is a plus.
