HR Coordinator - Eastleigh
Were seeking an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Administrator to join a HR department on an initial 6-8 week contract to support the Head of HR in the provision of a HR service ensuring accurate HR systems.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will handle first line HR support to the employees whilst maintaining HR Systems.
Key tasks include:
- Requests for new starters, leavers
- Contract Changes including document management
- Recruitment vetting
- Tracking absence management
- Issuing letters and contracts
Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator.
Ideally, CIPD Level 3 or 5
Strong HR Administration skills including updating and managing HR systems
HR Generalist experience including HR policy, systems, recruitment and process.
The Offer- The role is offered on an initial temporary contract for 6-8 weeks.
- 4 or 5 days per week (37 hours is FTE)
- Based on site in Eastleigh but possible for 1 day from home but preferred on site.
- Contract working via Hays on a weekly time sheets basis
