Finance Director
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing manufacturer and distributor of products. This owner managed group of businesses have ambitious plans for future growth both in the UK and internationally and are now looking for a new Finance Director who can help facilitate those plans.
You will be working with a dynamic and driven Managing Director, who is looking for a right hand to help drive forward the business on a financial and commercial footing. You will work closely with the Ops Senior Leaders, using your experience working within similar sectors to improve margins, productivity and performance.You will be the sort of Business Partner that understands how to improve the visibility and efficiency of reports so that other members of the SLT can add to their own areas.
This is a true number 1 in finance role. You will manage a small team that has plenty of potential, and look to create a culture and function that reflects your own values. The FD will be expected to take the lead across the Group, working with other key leaders in other divisions - and take the lead on commercial negotiations and contracts with external suppliers and customers.
This is a superb role for someone already established as a Finance Director - or for someone looking to take a step up into that first time FD position, so long as strong leadership experience can be shown. Personality is key for this role, and we are looking for someone who wants to influence change on a daily basis.
Manufacturing or similar industry experience would be preferential, and if someone has been a FD in a similar growing SME / Group before the business would consider someone Qualified By Experience. The role is based South of Leeds onsite. To learn more please apply asap!
