With ambitious plans for growth, Marsden is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to support the next phase of its development. The Finance Director (FD) will work closely with a seasoned CFO/COO, focusing on building scalable systems, controls, and communications to drive both organic and acquisitive growth.
This appointment is central to Marsden’s ongoing success and requires an ambitious, personable, and commercially minded individual to strengthen the senior team.
The Finance Director will provide a financial narrative, backed by robust processes and controls, and will elevate the role of finance as a business partner, identifying opportunities to enhance operational and sales efficiency while implementing scalable systems that support growth and improve decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to detail coupled with strong commercial acumen and emotional intelligence. You will be able to demonstrate a balance between strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. This will ensure finance plays a pivotal role in the company’s expansion.
