Employment Team Leader
We are proud to be partnering with an established International charity that supports and provides employment opportunities for refugees in the UK, to help them integrate and rebuild their lives. This role will support and lead their refugee employability programme, managing a team of Employment Advisors to prepare refugees to enter the job market.
Specific duties will include:
- Conducting weekly one to ones with a team of six Employment Advisors to support them to hit their KPIs and reach their employment targets
- Conduct data checks using a Salesforce CRM to ensure the project is on target to reach KPIs
- Managing the allocation of clients onto Employment Advisor and Programme Assistant caseloads
- Check and monitor client records, complying with systems in place to monitor data and outcomes.
- Supporting the team of Employment Advisors with ad hoc requests
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a team leadership role, preferably within a refugee support or employment-related context. You will also need experience in outcome monitoring, data analysis, and reporting, and using a CRM (Salesforce/Inform preferable).
This role is starting as soon as possible and running until the end of December in the first instance.
It is full time, Monday- Thursday 9am
- 5:30pm, and Fridays 9am
- 3pm. It is fully remote.
