- Scale: £24,404 - £25,183 to be pro-rated to reflect term time working
- Actual Salary £20,405 - £21,057 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am -4.30pm with a 4.00pm finish on a Wednesday
- Contract: Term time only. 37 hours per week.

The role will include responsibilities such as:
- School office reception duties - answering the telephone, taking messages, welcoming visitors and providing hospitality.
- IT support creating flyers, handbooks, bespoke documents.
- General administration - checking off deliveries promptly, handling post.
- Maintaining good levels of communication - school internal diary, use of e-mails, updating the school website.
- Routine clerical support - typing letters, photocopying, filing.
- Assist the Administrator with the upkeep of the MIS system: Bromcom, School Asset Register, Schools Cash Office.
- Maintaining registers, ordering school meals.
- Carrying out duties and responsibilities of the post in accordance with the policies of the school and supporting the school ethos.
