Our client is a leading provider of further and higher education with a long history of serving the learners, communities, and businesses of their area and their surrounding areas. They support almost 5,000 young people, 1,500 apprentices, over 1,000 degree and postgraduate learners and almost 10,000 adults every year and they are in the top 5 large providers for apprenticeships in the country.
They are seeking an exceptional leader to join their senior team as Assistant Principal (Adults, Apprenticeships and Higher Education). This role involves strategic leadership and operational management of their adult education, apprenticeship programmes, and higher education provision.The successful candidate will drive high performance, ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners and employers, and will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the college.
