Our client is a leading provider of further and higher education with a long history of serving the learners, communities, and businesses of their area and their surrounding areas. They support almost 5,000 young people, 1,500 apprentices, over 1,000 degree and postgraduate learners and almost 10,000 adults every year and they are in the top 5 large providers for apprenticeships in the country.
They are seeking an experienced leader to join their team as Assistant Principal Curriculum (Young People and SEND). In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for their curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of young people and students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).You will drive innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, fostering an inclusive environment that supports all students to thrive. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping their provision to inspire and equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
