Job Description
The Construction Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;- Drafting and negotiating high value construction contracts
- Advising a range of clients including developers, contractors and sub contractors
- Support on large construction projects across the region and UK
- Lead on transactions
- Support junior team members
- Play an active part in business development
The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Legal Director should have:
- A strong track record dealing with non contentious construction matters
- Likely to be around 8-14 years PQE
- Proven experience in construction law.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ties to Leeds
