Job Description
As a local care charity, Prama Care works tirelessly to improve the lives of older people in Dorset.We are looking for carers to support people in their own homes predominantly in Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
Available shifts are between 07.00am & 12.00pm Monday – Sunday£13.82 per hour, enhanced to £14.52 for Saturday and £15.02 Sunday’s and Bank Holidays day + 45p per mile.

Being a Prama Care Support Worker means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first. Your role will include:
- Companionship
- Helping with personal care
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
All we need from you is a full UK driving license with access to your own car and the desire to care for others, we can teach you the rest. Working in care isn’t always the easiest job, but we promise that it will be one of the most rewarding.
