Job Description
What will this role achieve?- Drive simplification / automation of monthly reporting and routine processes to allow more time for value added analysis
- There are a number of key automation, sourcing, Godiva & other projects we are embarking on within the Global Supply Finance & Procurement organization, which the position is expected to actively contribute to and lead.
- Support other Global Supply Finance & Procurement activities centered around Reporting, Planning & Forecasting, Performance management & Capital evaluations
- Carry out benchmarking exercises, identification, collation & sharing of best practices around productivity and working capital
- Assist in presentations to Exco.
The Successful Applicant
What do you need for this role - Competencies- Proven experience in an analytical and business-oriented role, within a Supply Chain & Procurement Finance function
- Degree qualified with at least 5 years PQE for professional accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACA/ACCA
- Experience of working in reputed FMCG MNC's
- Experience of pulling together data to form clear insights into financial understanding
- Ability to identify and enact process improvements
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate through large amounts of data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Business Partnering - Able to manage multiple stakeholder
- Strong Influencing skills - ability to show the bigger picture, strong convincing skills
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
- Positive teammate with a desire to challenge and drive improvement
