The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Sales Operations Co-ordinator to join a friendly and dynamic sales team. Working with the Sales Operations Manager, you will have a continuous improvement mindset to support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring a smooth sales process.This role will provide administrative support, collaboration with internal departments to streamline operations and maintain clear processes focused on positive customer outcomes.
Requirements- Support sales team in progressing pipeline through programme management office (PMO)
- Track survey quotes, customer questionnaire completions, desktop and site surveys
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations and other sales materials in conjunction with marketing
- Support sales team in identifying improvements to material for bids and work with marketing to implement
- Maintain a centralised resource for sales material e.g. product descriptions, FAQs
- Assist the sales team to provide a smooth process for customer on-boarding, co-ordinating information requirements and engaging with internal teams as needed
- Support procurement and contracting activities with the Sales Operations Manager and support the sales team to handover to delivery.
- Support the sales team through the onboarding process with any customer procurement platforms and ensure existing platforms are set up correctly with the right Freshwave details
- Work with the finance team to maintain reporting for framework authorities, ensuring accurate information is submitted within deadlines.
- Assist in improving reporting of sales activities and pipeline, including data collection and verification. Champion best practices and promote the importance of good data hygiene across the sales team.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of Social Value commitments, working with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- At least three years of experience in a sales support function
- Demonstrate an attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Good communication in person and writing
- Works openly and fosters collaboration with continuous improvement in mind
- Experience of customer liaison within a sales environment
- A basic salary of £35,000 per annum
