They are now looking for two Caretakers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Caretaker, you will provide a vital service, maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our client’s residents.

Conducting routine cleaning in properties, you will ensure a good standard of cleanliness for internal housing areas, including entrances, staircases, windows, corridors, walls and floors.

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out health and safety checks
  • Keeping gardens and landscaping in good condition
  • Performing simple repairs and maintenance
  • Monitoring heating and electricity
  • Litter picking, sweeping and removing rubbish

About You

To be considered as a Caretaker, you will need:

  • Experience working in a caretaking or similar environment
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • A full, valid driving licence and access to transport
