London - Head of Shared Service Centre-Global Human Resources
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to set-up and lead our global HR Shared Service Centre (SSC). This role will be instrumental in driving HR excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture, while also optimizing HR service delivery within a shared services environment

What You'll Do:
HR Operations & Shared Services Management- Set-up, then lead a new global HR Shared Service Centre (SSC), ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery across all people functions, including employee lifecycle management, grading and banding, performance ratings, reward, payroll and benefits administration, learning & development administration, employment compliance, and people reporting and MI data.
- Implement then manage a case ticketing / workflow management system (likely to be based on ServiceNow)
- Work with specialist HR pillars (Business Partnering, Talent & Learning, Reward) to ensure that the delivery of their activities is resourced and supported by the SSC.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, processes, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service levels and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Together with finance and DTS (IT) act as the co-owner of change requests for our chosen HR Information System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Together with the CPO, formulate and manage the operational budget of the HR SSC.
- As a member of the global HR leadership team, execute the HR strategy, in particular taking ownership for service delivery and operational HR.
- Establish and lead the HR Shared Services team, c10 strong based in multiple geographies, to ensure that they work in a unified and seamless manner.
- Champion a culture of performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Work with the Global Head of Talent & Learning to support the delivery of routine talent management and learning & development initiatives through the SSC for example annual performance review activities.
- With the Talent & Learning team, ensure the design and delivery of mandatory training and development courses
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners, ensure compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, mandatory employee reporting and HR policies across all locations.
- Assist the HR Business Partners by supporting employee relations, dispute resolution, and grievance management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture
- Manage SSC support to the global Reward team, in particular around analysis / payment for the annual pay review, all employee bonus, partner reward and sales incentives
- Lead SSC production of annual total reward and benefits statements
- Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Track and report on key HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement, and performance trends.
- Ensure the SSC delivers accurate and timely management and information reporting to support the global business.
- Ensure that the SSC makes full use of D365 ensuring ‘one source of the truth’ for people data
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role, preferably within a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment.
- Strong background in HR operations
- Experience leading HR Shared Services, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Expertise in HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- A track record of driving HR transformation and operational excellence.
- Experience of multinational / multijurisdictional environments
- Experience in setting up or growing a HR SSC
- D365 HR super user experience
- Experience in some or all of HR Business Partnering, employee relations and compliance, talent & learning, reward, data analytics & reporting
