Cover Supervisor – Supporting Secondary School Students in Spilsby
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and ensuring their education continues smoothly? We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a secondary school in Spilsby.
Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes and ensuring that students complete the work already set by the class teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students in their education, all while fostering a productive classroom atmosphere.
Key Details:
- Location: Spilsby
- Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
- Pay: Starting at £100 per day, with the potential for an increase depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and ensure they engage with the work set
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive, focused classroom environment
- Support students with queries and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Report any issues or concerns to the relevant teaching staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about supporting young people in their education
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
