In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your new role- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about our services and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications will be a plus.
