Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Norwich
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team and provide quality education to students in secondary schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons on a short-term or occasional basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in a range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history.
- Create and implement lesson plans that meet the needs and learning styles of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behaviour and provide support to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success.
- Adapt to new teaching environments and subject matter quickly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Secondary Supply Teacher or in a similar role
- Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
