Join Our Dedicated Team of Special Education Needs Teachers in Wokingham!

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and committed Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to support students aged 3 to 18 years across several SEN schools in the Wokingham area. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young learners with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons to small groups and individual students
  • Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write reports
  • Support students in building confidence, independence, and fostering a love for learning
  • Manage student behaviour and create a safe, engaging environment for all learners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sensitivity, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Flexible and open to new challenges
  • A strong understanding of students' individual needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Experience in an SEN environment is preferred, but not essential
