We’re now hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead both our core Sales and Partnerships departments. Previously split into two teams, we’ve decided to consolidate under a single player-manager – someone who can lead from the front, contribute directly to revenue growth, and drive performance across both areas.This role is critical to our next growth phase, and we need someone with serious sales ability, leadership presence, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and deliver personal sales targets, while leading our sales teams
- Design and implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive volume across both business and franchise channels
- Build and manage strong partnerships and lead generation pipelines – local and international
- Coach, inspire, and develop your team to consistently hit targets
- Support junior team members with structured onboarding, ongoing training, and 1:1 development
- Analyse the sales pipeline and performance metrics to continuously optimise output
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring our CRM is clean and up-to-date
- Present regular KPI reports to the Senior Leadership Team
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- 3-5 years of inbound and outbound sales experience ideally with international or B2B exposure
- Previous success as both an individual contributor and team leader
- Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communicator who leads by example and motivates others
- Organised, adaptable, and hungry to grow with the business
- A natural problem-solver with a strategic mindset
- Comfortable working from our London office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week.
