Project Administrator - Thames Water
Working closely with team managers in a fast-paced environment, they will be responsible for tracking and distributing information to facilitate effective delivery. What you’ll be doing- Project and office administration
- Coordinate activities across the team and provide and deliver reports, presentations, and data analyses to support meetings.
- Support functionality across the Delivery Office through designing and delivering effective processes.
- Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with buying and payment operations for the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Assist with Health and Safety activities across the team.
36 hours a week, Monday to Friday
What you should bring to the role- Knowledge and a background in a previous admin role
- Microsoft Office background knowledge and comfortable using them
- Confidence to speak to all levels of external and internal stakeholders
- This role will be paying between £30,000 -£35,00 per annum
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)
- Contributory pension – Defined Contribution
- Maximum of 12%
- 2x employee contribution
