Key Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Develop and implement differentiated learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student achievement.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong passion for teaching English and inspiring young people.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (desirable but not essential).
