Call Centre Advisor

Location: Glasgow

40 Hours per week.

12 months experience within a call centre essential for this role.

Role Details:

We work with over 50 of the world’s leading brands across multiple sectors to supercharge their customer service.

We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service representative roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Glasgow. We have all vacancies for customer service advisors, call centre agents, customer service representatives, or people who have worked in a client-facing role, such as banking.

Some of our shifts feature answering live chats as well as taking inbound and outbound calls.

In this role you will handle customers within one of the following business streams:

  • Energy
  • Life Insurance
  • Financial Services
  • Healthcare
  • Charity

You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

Requirements:

Experience of working in a high volume customer contact environment:

  • Min of 12 months experience within a high volume customer contact environment.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt and learn.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
