Plot Sales Conveyancer
Overview:
Are you an experienced conveyancer that specialises in plot sales? We have an exciting opportunity to work in a nationally recognised plot sales team with a client base that includes some of the UK's largest developers.
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer you'll work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including:
- Handing a caseload of new-build plot sales for a variety of regional and national housebuilders and residential developers.
- Handling part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling part-exchange properties.
- Dealing with transactions for housing associations, legal charges, and all ancillary matters.
- General support on appropriate matters for the Real Estate department.

We are looking for:
- ILEX qualification and/or substantial experience of working on a caseload of conveyancing files within a law firm.
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to organise, plan, prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and client matters.
