Hawkhill Primary School is a new developer funded non-denominational school scheduled to open in August 2025. We a looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support the Headteacher with resourcing the school and to deliver administrative support once the school opens.

The successful candidate will carry out financial and administrative operations, following West Lothian Council policies and procedures, in order to ensure the effective day to day running of the school and working closely in partnership with staff, parents and learners.

You must have experience of working within an office environment and have good IT skills. Experience of Seemis school management information system, PECOS , cash handling and the ability to use Word and Excel to an advanced level would be desirable.

You should be able to work as part of a team and enjoy a variety of tasks within your remit. You should have strong interpersonal skills and abilities within this public facing role.

This post is 28 hours per week, 39 weeks per year salary pro rata. Working hours to be agreed Monday – Friday.
