Sending Light-Touch letters to clients
One off projects to assist ongoing development and growth of business

The roleThis is a full-time role.
The role of the Administration Support is to support IFA Administrators, Office Managers & Financial Planners. To provide an efficient, high quality and compliant service to our clients. Deliver a full customer service in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Duties include:
- Issuing Client Review form and Risk Questionnaire
- Obtaining provider information (LOA) where required.
Preparing review checklist for adviser/client appointments
Preparing any documentation required
Preparing valuation reports
Updating back office system to maintain accurate client data/records
