Grade 3 – £24,404 - £25,584 FTE
Pro rata £21,177 - £22,200 (37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
Up to 37 hours per week, Term Time only plus one week (teacher training days)
Full time hours 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Part time hours considered working full days Tuesday to Friday
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Foxford School. We are seeking to appoint a well organised, experienced administrator who can demonstrate good processing and IT skills to provide an efficient admin service to the school and to support our reception team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience and to put your strong IT and administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.
We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, professional, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions. You will be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders.Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students and staff.
