About Us:Our client is a highly reputable letting agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join the team and oversee the account’s payable function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
- Manage any rental arrears and rental guarantee insurance claim
- Manage separate deposit accounts and ensure they balance with TDS, a third party deposit protection scheme.
- Reconcile contractor payments for property repairs, maintenance, and services.
- Liaise with property managers to verify invoice approvals and ensure expenses align with property budgets.
- Track and process landlord payments where applicable, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
