IT Service Manager
Here at Hays, we are working with a West Midlands company looking for an IT Service Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery and operational management of a number of key IT Services including Service Desk and end user support, all areas of operational IT including end-user IT, infrastructure, cloud hosting, Identity and Access Management, networks and IT security.
Salary - £55,000 p/a
Responsibility- Day-to-day management of the IT Team
- Ensure availability and performance of ERP systems and other key business systems
- Maintain and build upon the relationship with our IT Managed Service Provider and stakeholders.
- Own the delivery of all IT infrastructure change projects
- Contribute to the strategic and tactical direction of the IT services and infrastructure department
- Develop and implement IT processes to ensure the business maintains compliance with standards and regulations
- Previous management of an IT team or leading virtual technical teams.
- Hands-on management of IT infrastructure and cloud services.
- Experience managing performance against SLA's.
- IT System experience: SCADA, HMI, OEE, MES or similar
- Experience with transformation programs, preferably within an SME organisation.
- Demonstrable previous experience of managing IT projects
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations/Service Delivery.
- Previous Implemention of service management processes.
- Ownership of your function
