OD and Learning Advisor - EDI and Wellbeing

Overview:

The London Borough of Harrow is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an OD and Learning Advisor - EDI and Wellbeing to join our HR & OD Service.

Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with HR, managers, Directors, and the Corporate Health & Safety team to develop a comprehensive support system for our workforce.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for supporting EDI and Wellbeing initiatives together with an understanding of how they contribute to supporting organisational effectiveness.
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of understanding and diagnosing stakeholder requirements and full-training cycle (ADDIE) and use of OD Tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a high-volume work environment.
• Ability to analyse and present basic data for reporting.
• Experience of evaluating training programmes which evidenced making a tangible difference to the organisation.
• Gained professional qualifications appropriate to post, e.g., Degree/Postgraduate qualifications in HRM or related field, CIPD or equivalent.
