Overview:

The successful candidate will partner with HR and managers throughout the organisation to develop a comprehensive workforce development program.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• Educated to degree level in HRM or related field/Member of CIPD or equivalent.
• A passion for, and experience in improving learning capability and can demonstrate improvements in organisation performance as a result.
• Excellent Planning and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing demands, together with the ability to respond effectively to new priorities in short timescales.
• Excellent Communication Skills and teamwork.
• Experience of understanding and diagnosing stakeholder requirements and full-training cycle (ADDIE) together with use of a range of OD Tools.
• Proven organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines and work in a high-volume work environment with a can-do approach.
• Can analyse and present basic data for reporting.
• Experience of using an LMS Systems to develop simple programmes and to draw down training data/ or willingness to learn.
