As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload of matters such as:
Claims for disrepairLease renewals
Restrictive covenants
Real Estate Agreement disputes
Property Finance disputes
Land and Boundary disputes
Re-possessions
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Property law, is able to work well under pressure, is driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals.
