Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will be working directly beneath a well-regarded Partner to provide clients with professional Property advice as well as running litigious matters through to trial or settlement. You will be joining one of the largest Real Estate practices in the UK and will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Residential and Agricultural matters as well as Commercial Property.
The successful candidate will ideally have 0-4 years PQE within Property Litigation, is confident in their own ability and is looking to establish themselves for a long-term career. If you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor, you will have done a seat within Property Litigation previously during your Training Contract.
