An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor who is immediately available, for a reputable Property company. My client is looking for an experienced candidate who can assist in generalist HR responsibilities as well as managing the recruitment process for the company. This is a full time permanent position, and will be supporting the company through a growth period. This role will be mostly office based with some flexibility when needed. The key role responsibilities include:
This is a true generalist position. You will support on the full employee life cycle, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle Full recruitment process accountability for roles at all levels and being proactive, passionate, creative and innovative in order to attract the best and brightest talent on the marketUpdating company policies and procedures in line with UK employment lawConsistently looking for ways to streamline current ways of working, and being forthright in suggesting and pioneering improvementsTake an active role in all supporting on learning and development and training needs for the employees from intern level upwardsAdvising Hiring Managers and assisting in any grievances, performance approvals and appraisals
Skills and experience required:

Proven track record operating at an advisory level in HR within an SME5 years’ experience in HR is essential Previous experience in a property or construction company is advantageousImpeccable professionalism and stakeholder management skillsCIPD Qualified to level 5 or undergraduate equivalentAble to work to tight deadlines and prioritiseTech savvy, with experience in using various HRIS and advanced excel skills.A team player who is ambitious, proactive and resilient
