Internal Sales Executive

OutThere are supporting with the recruitment of a Sales Executive based in Fareham.

You will be responsible for:

• Telephoning prospects to promote the company’s services and products
• Following up and qualifying leads from the CRM system
• Explaining the products and services offered delivering a scripted sales pitch
• Gathering information and verifying details
• Answering product related customer questions
• Ensuring CRM database is updated and managed
• Supporting the sales team with following up leads
• Supporting the End Customer Team with prospects
• Contribute to the BDM planner for appointments

• Previous experience working in a telemarketing role is essential
• Positive and engaging manner
• Able to be inquisitive, proactive and consultative over the phone
• Excellent communication skills and confident talking on the phone
• Previous experience using CRM systems
• IT Literate including MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Confident speaking to a variety of decision makers
• Able to work well as a team
• Strong customer focus with a high standard of service and attention to detail
