Company Secretarial Assistant

London

Role
  • Assisting with the organisation and preparation of Board and Committee meetings.
  • Preparing and distributing Board packs and meeting agendas.
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors
  • Managing Diligent
  • Assist in the preparation of the Directors' Report and Strategic Review for inclusion in the annual report and accounts of relevant companies
  • Acting as the coordinator of the Group's CSR activities

Company Secretarial Assistant

Essential:

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable experience in a Secretariat
  • Excellent minute taking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Companies Act 2006 and UK Corporate Governance code
