- Inputting data onto Spreadsheets
- Data Inputting to Keystone
- Scanning of documents
- Printing orders off
- Making appointments
- File management, scanning and printing docs, saving to files
- Work on Excel files
- Work on internal IT systems – running reports, processing orders
- Meeting with Contractors as part of the client team
- Minute taking
- Basic financial monitoring
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
