An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated leisure professional to join our prestigious forward-looking school in our brand-new sports centre. The Centre is accessed by all pupils and staff in addition to leisure club members and general public use.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the Swim School at the Chigwell School Sport and Wellness Centre, including both administration and promotion of lessons, holiday courses, and private 121/122 sessions and proactively develop the service as well as managing a team of teachers and coaches
The successful candidate will have previous experience in sports centre/fitness industry. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate their team and ensure members and visitors are treated to an exceptional visit, through the delivery of very high standards and service at all times.A Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification is essential. In addition, coaching within a swimming club environment would be an advantage as well as a proven track record of efficient administration and effective team management.
