What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing tailored support to individuals with special educational needs.
• Assisting with personal care tasks when needed.
• Implementing creative learning plans and activities.
• Monitoring and recording student progress and sharing insights with teachers and parents.
• Fostering a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Collaborating with a fantastic team to ensure integrated student support.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role, especially with ASD and personal care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.
• Flexibility to work within the hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
