Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.Prescribe medications independently as per clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
Requirements:
Valid Independent Prescriber qualification.Completion of CPPE Pathways.
Proficient in using SystmOne.
Willingness to work onsite in Cheltenham.
