This post will be responsible for a number of key aspects within the Division: Providing leadership and proactive management of the rota coordinator team Providing leadership and proactive management of key medical rotas across the division with the support of the rota coordinator team.
This includes but is not limited to the Medical On Call, ED rota and General Paediatric rota. Be responsible for communication and engagement with staff across the administration and clerical teams To support the development and promotion of the Trust vision and values widely within the medical staffing team Responsible for the achievement of key finance and operational performance as part of the quality improvement programme Relevant NHS experience is essential, as is the ability to enthuse and motivate individuals and teams, to work towards the Trust and Divisional performance expectations.
