Are you a proactive, organised, and skilled administrator looking to join a small team of office staff?
We are looking to appoint a Student Liaison officer to join our dedicated and successful school.

Working in our student services office you will come into daily contact with our students and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.

You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff, so excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing manner are essential.

This is a permanent, full time role working 37 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

About the role

As a Student Liaison Officer, you will: Work with students and parents to ensure effective communication.

Assist the Attendance officer in school.
Have experience of working in a busy office and have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
Maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
