Junior Finance Business Partner
What you'll bring to the team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join Merlin's Record to Report team within our Finance Hub. You'll provide comprehensive financial support, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure top-notch service.Beyond number crunching, you'll present key insights to senior stakeholders and dive deep into business intricacies to drive change and refine processes.
You will be proficient in team management and leadership with the ability to foster partnerships and relationships. With excellent communication skills you will manage a diverse portfolio effectively, capable of identifying key stakeholder groups and tailoring financial information accordingly.The successful applicant will demonstrate keen insights into recognising the need for change and develop clear plans and objectives to maximise benefits from change initiatives. You will take proactive leadership in driving change initiatives to fruition, serving as a role model for company values and behaviours.
With experienced in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills, you posses resilience and strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to shifting priorities. You exhibit drive and determination to see processes through to successful completion, prioritising delivery and you're naturally comfortable navigating a matrix environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Fully-Qualified with experience in business partnering or technical roles within Shared Service environments
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication, including simplifying financial concepts
- Proficient in financial performance analysis, spend management, budgeting, forecasting, and MS Excel
- Possesses exceptional organisation, planning, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
