11.Recognise and manage palliative care emergencies 12.Support the team to bring closure to the clinician-patient relationship and provide for a safe transition to another care provider as appropriate 13.Instigate and support MDT case review meetings.14.Investigate and respond to complaints and concerns Optional: 15.Use physical assessment and clinical reasoning skills as part of patient assessment and to support clinical advice, professional communication and documentation. 16.Perform Independent Prescribing within area of competence once registered as an Independent Prescriber with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/Health and care Professional Council and practice according to local policy.
