This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to start and build their HR career by joining our team in the role of Employee Relations Assistant, supporting our wider Employee Relations Team and HR Business Partnering Team.
The postholder will be responsible for managing all HR compliance related tasks such as the renewals of visas, DBS and professional registrations. They will cover the HR Operational mailbox responding to general HR queries and signposting staff and managers to the correct intranet page/policy for further information.They will also be required to provide HR admin support to the team assisting with note taking and arranging ER meetings.
