The Role
Lead systems and integration workstreams or projects, combining delivery leadership, architecture thinking and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing- Lead systems and integration workstreams (planning, governance, delivery)
- Shape system architecture and integration approaches (APIs, middleware, patterns)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and programme objectives
- Manage risks, dependencies and priorities across complex environments
- Lead stakeholder engagement and design workshops
- Coach team members and assure quality of outputs
- Support testing, cutover and go-live activity
- Contribute to bids, proposals and capability development

This role sits at the Senior Consultant level within PACT’s consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), combining delivery leadership with deeper expertise and team responsibility.
Requirements- Strong experience in system implementation and/or integration delivery
- Experience leading workstreams or small projects
- Understanding of system architecture and integration patterns
- Experience with APIs, middleware or integration platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to design practical, scalable solutions
Desirable:
- Higher education or enterprise systems experience (SIS, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
- Consultancy or transformation experience
