The Role
Lead workstreams that bridge strategy, architecture and delivery, ensuring transformation is structured, aligned and deliverable.
What you’ll be doing- Translate strategy into delivery approaches, roadmaps and workstreams
- Align strategy, operating model, architecture and execution
- Shape capability models, processes and system landscapes
- Lead workstreams across transformation programmes
- Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
- Manage risks, dependencies and priorities
- Support proposals, solution design and growth activity
- Contribute to internal methodologies and capability development

Requirements- Experience in transformation, strategy delivery or consulting roles
- Experience leading workstreams within complex programmes
- Strong understanding of strategy, architecture and delivery alignment
- Ability to work across business, process and technology domains
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
- Higher education or transformation experience
- Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling
- Experience working with architects or large-scale programmes
