We are currentlyrecruiting for a Home Administrator. As a Home Administratoryou will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HomeManager and ensure the effective operation of administrativesystems and processes. As a Home Administrator you willbe:
- Responsible forsupporting the centralised sales, purchase ledger, and payrollsystems by providing accurate information to meet requireddeadlines
- Drafting standard communicationsincluding letters and emails on behalf of the HomeManager
- Providing first point of telephone andface-to-face contact for visitors and callers to theHome
- Devising and maintaining databases andspreadsheets
- Collating statistics and producereports.
- Producing documents and presentationsfrom materials provided
- Responsible for theprovision of weekly/monthly submissions to the Managing Director orcentral Support functions including Finance, HR, Payroll,Legal
- Assisting with the maintenance ofeffective filing systems including resident files and personnelfiles for each colleague
- Responsible for anorganised and effective archiving process, ensuring that files arestored safely and securely and can be easily retrieved
- Attending meetings in the Home, producing complete andaccurate notes/formal minutes and co-ordinating the circulation ofinformation and action points immediately following the meeting.Devising and operating admin systems in support of functions withinthe Home
- A teamplayer who engages well with others
- Strongcommunicator with good interpersonal skills
- Organised and sympathetic, remaining calm underpressure
- Able to multitask and a goodcoordinator who can work unsupervised
- Flexibleand adaptable to change
