A hybrid venue at the heart of the Canada Water development, it brings together street food from KERB, a café, hireable event spaces, a vibrant cultural programme, co-working, brand partnerships, and the UK’s largest vertical farm — all under one roof.Created by Broadwick in collaboration with British Land and KERB, Corner Corner is a cultural and commercial ecosystem designed to serve and inspire its local community and beyond.

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a commercially minded, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Corner Corner. This is a 360° role combining strategic planning and hands-on execution. You’ll drive brand awareness, build engaged audiences, and generate private hire, F&B and ticketed event sales.You’ll be part of the onsite Corner Corner team while collaborating closely with Broadwick, KERB, cultural programmers, venue partners and on-site teams.Your work will directly influence how our brand is seen, shared, and experienced — online and IRL.
What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Delivery- Develop and deliver the overarching marketing plan for Corner Corner, working across B2C and B2B channels.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns that drive venue awareness, footfall, private hire leads, cultural event attendance and F&B sales.
- Project manage key moments: launches, partnerships, campaigns, and on-site activations.
- Align activity with broader Broadwick and KERB marketing calendars.
- Develop content strategy and own the content calendar across social, email, digital and print.
- Create compelling copy and storytelling across all platforms — adapting tone to suit channels and audiences.
- Oversee production of photo/video content and design briefs, working closely with in-house and freelance creatives.
- Schedule and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other key platforms.
- Plan, write, and deliver engaging newsletters to B2B and B2C audiences.
- Grow and segment Corner Corner’s subscriber database.
- Own the Corner Corner website: ensuring content is current, SEO optimised and driving conversions.
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM data to monitor and report on performance.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Lead on local marketing – leafleting, OOH, event signage and experiential marketing.
- Work with PR agencies to deliver impactful press coverage and manage influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with venue partners to co-market their presence (e.g., KERB vendors, cultural programmers, corporate clients).
You’ll need to have:
- Proven experience delivering B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for venues, events, or food & drink brands.
- Highly organised project manager with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Confident copywriter and content creator, able to brief designers and creatives clearly.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CMS, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of London’s cultural, hospitality or food scene.
- A strategic doer: you can zoom out to plan and zoom in to execute.
- Collaborative, but happy to work autonomously.
- Proactive and adaptable — with the hustle to make things happen.
- Passionate about food, culture, and creating community.
Nice to haves:
- Basic design/editing skills using Canva, Adobe or similar.
- Experience working with or within hybrid, multi-use venues.
- A passion for storytelling, with a creative flair and visual sensibility.
