Support the overall Sales and Marketing function in designated areas. Assist the team with accurate and effective deliverables to enhance speed and efficiency.
Your new role- Divisional Support: Focus on driving performance in the Division where sales are completed.Manage effective implementation and support divisions in achieving their objectives.Field requests from Divisions to the appropriate manager.
- Project Implementation: Organise and prioritise varied briefs, ensuring projects are delivered quickly, on-time, on-budget, and to a high standard.Manage a status reporting system to keep team members informed of task statuses.Handle projects including new initiatives on MS Dynamics, sales training, and liaising with Divisions on sales techniques.
- Collaboration: Work with the Project and Change team within an agreed framework. Manage deliverables from multiple agencies, ensuring priority is given to our work.Clearly brief agencies, check work against requirements, and keep the Sales and Marketing team informed.
- Project Support: Support individual project deliverables for managers, understanding the necessity of these deliverables for quick decision-making.Issue and manage POs for the team.Follow up on legal approval and compliance as briefed.Create house-type assets and liaise with internal/external partners.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or marketing.
- Highly articulate with commercial acumen, strong organisational and project management skills, and financial and budget acumen.
- Experience managing third-party agencies is ideal.Proficient in Google dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
